Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula takes very seriously its commitment to high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
Meeting that commitment requires constant attention and continued improvement. Our strategic plan was developed with input from doctors, employees, volunteers, patients, board members, and community residents.
Identifying and understanding the issues we believe to be most critical to our ability to provide high-quality healthcare services led us to establish the following strategic plan.
