Goals and performance

Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula takes very seriously its commitment to high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Meeting that commitment requires constant attention and continued improvement. Our strategic plan was developed with input from doctors, employees, volunteers, patients, board members, and community residents.

Identifying and understanding the issues we believe to be most critical to our ability to provide high-quality healthcare services led us to establish the following strategic goals:

Strategic Goals 2005-2007

  1. Integrate the highest possible quality standards in everything Community Hospital does.
  2. Integrate the safest possible practices in everything Community Hospital does.
  3. Attract and retain qualified, satisfied, and committed employees.
