Description

Do you have trouble concentrating? Problems following directions? Have you ever suspected you might have an attention-deficit problem? Do you want to be able to finish projects, be on time, get organized, and find your keys?

Attention Issues 101 — for Adults is a class designed to help you identify attention difficulties, develop and strengthen strategies to deal with inattention, make planning a reality, identify what is working and what isn't, manage distractions, and improve self care. The class will help whether you are in treatment for attention deficit disorder (ADD), or just suspect that you may have it.
