We offer a five-week class designed for teens- 15-17 years of age - the class will teach you ways to manage negative thoughts and emotions, reduce stress, manage problems in relationships, stop self-defeating behavior, and help with life issues.

This class will help you understand the connection between thoughts and emotions, and will give you practical ways to change negative thoughts and ineffective behaviors.
