Description

If you have a loved one with the memory loss and confusion of Alzheimer's or other dementia, this support group offers help and hope.

Groups are held on the 2nd Floor of CHOMP's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, located at 576 Hartnell Street in Monterey.
