This course is designed for those trying to manage their weight. The program is based on the most current research related to weight management. It is not a "diet," nor is it only for losing weight. It is a program that focuses on slowly making positive, healthy changes in lifestyle, exercise, fitness levels, attitude, and nutrition habits. An activity segment is included. A support group is available for graduates.
