Registration is closed.

  • FREE Orientation on March 18, 2013 6:30 - 8 p.m.
  • Please call 649-7220 to register for orientation.
  • At orientation, you may register for the 12-week session.
  • Class meets every Monday from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m.

Fees & Payment

$410 for 12-week course

There is no obligation to register after attending the free orientation.

Description

This course is designed for those trying to manage their weight. The program is based on the most current research related to weight management.  It is not a "diet," nor is it only for losing weight. It is a program that focuses on slowly making positive, healthy changes in lifestyle, exercise, fitness levels, attitude, and nutrition habits. An activity segment is included. A support group is available for graduates.
