Nina Amelio-Simulcik, D.O., is a board eligible Obstetrician Gynecologist with early roots in Monterey. She graduated Cum Laude from Hunter College City University of New York with B.A. in English and minor in Dance. She received her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York of which she was part of the first inaugural class in 2011. Dr. Amelio-Simulcik completed her residency in OBGYN at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Islip, NY. Dr. Simulcik also completed a Galloway Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She is looking forward to providing medical care to the women of the Monterey Peninsula and feels passionate about the mission of Peninsula Primary Care. She is the granddaughter of the long time Mayor of Monterey Dan Albert, and a mother of two young daughters.
