Cheer Cards

This free service allows you to send a personalized greeting card to a friend or family member during his or her stay at Community.

The card will be printed and delivered to the patient by the Auxiliary volunteers of Community. Cards submitted in the afternoon and evening will be delivered the following day, except Sunday. Cards that are printed after a patient leaves the hospital cannot be delivered. You may also choose to send these cards to the patient's own e-mail address. The card will be sent as an image that is attached to the e-mail message. Please read our disclaimer for additional information regarding patient privacy and delivery of online greeting cards.

Click on the pictures below for a larger view of the card. To personalize a card, click the button below the card of your choice, and then select either the print and deliver option or send the card to the patient's e-mail address (keep in mind that your friend or family member may not have computer access during his or her hospital stay). Click the "Next" button and you will be prompted to enter contact information and your personalized greeting.
