Partners for a Healthy Community

Partners for a Healthy Community annual giving society encourages annual gifts to Community Hospital Foundation. Annual gifts in support of hospital programs and services are important to maintaining a high quality of care. There are many options from which to choose, and benefits have been established at each level to recognize the generous support of our donors. All gifts are recognized annually for donations made the previous year.

  • President's Circle - $10,000 and above
  • Benefactor - $5,000 to $9,999
  • Patron - $1,000 to $4,999
  • Sponsor - $100 to $999
