Partners in Caring

Partners in Caring is a program of Community Hospital Foundation designed as a benefit to donors. The foundation has instituted this service as a way of showing appreciation to its donors for their strong support of our mission.

Partners in Caring members or their immediate family who are patients of the hospital will receive personal attention from the foundation staff while they are hospitalized.  We know that in these situations, patients appreciate having an advocate who can assist them with non-clinical issues during their hospital stay.

Donors who access this service will receive a phone number they can access at any time:  members receive an identification card printed with all pertinent phone numbers. If you are a donor to the hospital and would like to know more about Partners in Caring, please contact:
