Group Benefits

Paid Leave Benefits
All benefited employees accrue paid leave time from the first day of employment. Paid leave includes vacation, holidays, sick time, and personal absences and accrues at a rate based on length of employment.

Disability Benefits
All benefited employees receive short-term and long-term disability coverage from the first day of employment.

Pension and Retirement Plans
Community Hospital covers all costs associated with the pension and retirement plan, established under ERISA. We also offer voluntary employee contribution-based Tax-Deferred Annuities (TDA).
