Holiday grief support workshop offered

MONTEREY, Calif. - Finding ways to navigate the holidays after the loss of a loved one is the focus of a special holiday grief support workshop offered by Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula's Hospice of the Central Coast.
The holiday season can be extremely challenging for those who have lost a partner, family member, or friend. This free workshop offers hope and help for managing expectations, memories, and feelings. Participants will learn coping skills and creative ways to integrate memories in new traditions and rituals.
The workshop is from 6:30-8 p.m. Monday, December 14 at Westland House, 100 Barnet Segal Lane, Monterey. To reserve space or obtain more information, please call (831) 649-7755.
