Free Workshop on Healing after Loss of a Loved One
MONTEREY, Calif. -Learn how to cope with the adjustment and feelings associated with the death of a loved one in a free workshop offered by Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula's Hospice of the Central Coast.
Led by Estelle Cimino, bereavement services coordinator, the workshop will provide a compassionate and sensitive look at the phases of grieving and mourning. Participants will learn skills that are essential for healthy healing. They will gain an understanding of the grief process, develop tools to help heal, and learn about individual grief support programs and support groups.
