Volunteer Chaplaincy Service

Please use this online form to provide the Chaplains’ office with contact information and details regarding your interest in the volunteer chaplaincy service.  Applicants must represent a specific faith tradition and local congregation, be licensed and/or ordained for ministry and have experience or education in pastoral care within a health care environment (preferably with CPE units).
