Are you ready to stop smoking? Have you tried to quit? Research shows that combining group support, individual counseling, and nicotine replacement can increase success! You can participate in each of the following services separately, or in combination.

Individual appointments

Achieve your goal to stop smoking by partnering with our smoking cessation counselor. Your long-term success begins with a comprehensive assessment and a review of your need for nicotine replacement and/or prescription medications. You can stop smoking without experiencing the withdrawal symptoms. Your ongoing, individual appointments will include reviewing your medications, setting up your environment for success, setting weekly action steps, and learning skills to manage urges and change behavior.  May be covered by insurance.
