Prizes, KRML broadcast part of end-of-summer blood drive

MONTEREY, Calif. — Mark the end of summer by doing a good deed for your community and donate blood during a drive sponsored by Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, through Thursday, September 5.
Donors have chances to win gift cards, movie passes, and more during the drive. Stop by on Tuesday (September 5) for a live broadcast by KRML radio, 102.1 FM and 1410 AM, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Blood Center, 576 Hartnell Street, Monterey. Donate then or anytime during regular hours: Mondays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., and Fridays, 8:30 a.m.-3:15 p.m. Note that the center will be closed on Friday, September 6 for an off-site blood drive.
