Work with expert faculty on nutrition, stress reduction, and exercise and fitness to take control of your survivorship.

  • Medical management beyond cancer
  • Nutrition beyond cancer
  • Emotional health and well-being
  • Survivorship care planning

What participants are saying

"I feel 30 years younger —and I’m only 10 months out of treatment! This program opened up many new ways to help me feel better and stronger than before my diagnosis."
Sue L.

"This course has already helped change the ’victim‘ feeling brought on by the cancer diagnosis and treatment to an encouraging future that I have some control over. The hopeless, helpless feeling has diminished. Thank you for including me in this program."
Diane D.

"I appreciated the well-roundedness of this program, which addresses the many facets of survivorship —physical, medical, emotional, mental. My weekly participation was time well spent!"
Jane S.
